Job Requirementsbr br Education Experience Requires Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field and three 3 years of experience in production support for configuration and integration of InsuranceSuite software applications.br br Specific Skills This position also requires education or experience in 1. Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimsCenter; 2. designing and implementing synchronous and asynchronous SOAP web services; 3. Writing and executing complex SQL queries to generate production data; 4. RDBMS; 5. Supporting end users of Guidewire InsuranceSuite products; 6. Configuration and integration of complex enterprise software implementations; 7. Analyzing application server diagnostic files such as Garbage collection logs, ThreadDumps and HeapDumps; 8. Object oriented software development; 9. customerfacing software support skills; and 10. writing RESTful services.
