Must have a Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or a related field or foreign degree equivalent and one year of experience performing transaction advisory services, specifically the delivery of buyside due diligence and valuation services, to German investors entering or expanding their presence in the U.S. market through mergers and acquisitions. Must be fluent in written and spoken German.
