The employer would accept the experience and skills from an alternate occupation with any job title.br br Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or related field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or 5 years of related experience in analytics.br br Position also requiresbr br 1. Experience leading project teams, managing complex analytical projects, and setting decision strategies and policiesbr 2. Experience utilizing analytical techniques and decision tools such as Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting etc.br 3. Experience in credit decisioning, strategy setting, and gathering business requirementsbr 4. Experience in the financial industry, risk management, or in statistical modelingdata analysisbr 5. Experience working with statistical analysis software and data analysis experience including data manipulation, preferably experience in Python, Spark, and R.
