Will accept a Bachelors degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. A combination of foreign postsecondary education determined to be equivalent to a U.S. Bachelors degree is acceptable. Position requires 2 years of experience with Agile, COBOL, DB2, CICS, and SharePoint. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited in items H.4 through H.14.
