Position requires five years of Salesforce System Administrator experience in Service Cloud andor Sales Cloud. The five years of Salesforce System Administrator experience must include three years of Salesforce System Administrator experience in configuring Approval Processes, Flow Builder, Process Builder, and building Reports and Dashboards; one year of Salesforce System Administrator experience supporting a Lightning environment, including experience building Lightning Apps and Page Layouts, and experience with Emailtocase Salesforce functionality; one year Salesforce System Administrator experience related to the insurance andor healthcare industry; one year Salesforce System Administrator experience working with HIPAA data compliance; one year team leadership experience and ability to work independently. Salesforce System Administrator experience may be gained concurrently.br br Position also requires the following skillsbr br Salesforce System Administrator Certification is required.br br Salesforce Advanced System Administrator Certification is preferred but not required.
