Requires Masters or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Requires progressive, postBachelors experience 5 years with Bachelors or 2 years with Masters, which must include some experience in each of the following skills Working with US GAAP and SEC regulations, including the Securities Act of 1933 and the Exchange Act of 1934; Using BPC, consolidations, planning modules, and writing script logic; Working with SAP FICO, SAP S4HANAFiori and SAP BW; Working with SOX 404, 302 and COSO Framework of Internal Controls; Utilizing US GAAP accounting for mining industry, including mine accounting, project accounting, inventory accounting, and reclamation accounting; Working with consolidations accounting ASC 810 and business combinations ASC 805; and Producing Statement of Cashflows ASC 230. Position requires CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
