Previous experience with mega projects over 1 billion is required;br Strong experience in designbuild construction contracts ;br Understanding of alternative dispute resolution techniques;br Experience in contract law, contract drafting, administration ;br Experience in handling prime contract and subcontracts and of responding to and utilising their claims;br Certified Supply Chain Management Professional SCMA.br br May work at unanticipated work sites throughout the United States.br br Remote working or telecommuting permitted in all U.S. States, in accordance with company policy.br br In lieu of a bachelors degree and five 5 years of postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related occupation, the employer will accept any suitable combination of education and experience in job offered or related occupation.
