Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering. Requires two 2 years of experience in an engineering project management position in the automotive sector. Must have experience designing, modeling, and developing electromechanical chassis components; leading automotive hardware engineering project management including managing cost, resource, and time considerations; managing automotive hardware product development and component delivery; developing BOMs for automotive components and identifying and forecasting parts; coordinating procurement teams and tier 1 global automotive suppliers to ensure ontime delivery and integration of automotive components; developing and tracking key program performance metrics for engineering programs including performance, quality, and reliability; and utilizing the following toolsskillstechnologies GDT, DFMEA, 3D modeling and design; JIRA, Gantt charts, and Smartsheets; ERP and PLM technologies for engineering project management.
