Requirements for the Principal Engineer Electronics include Bachelors degree in Geographic Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related field, plus 10 years of systems engineering or electronics engineering experience in the automotive industry, and demonstrated experience with ISO26262 Standard; Safety analyses including Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment HARA, FMEA, FTA and FMEDA; Automotive development cycles and processes; Embedded automotive systems design; Systems, Software or Hardware engineering; Software development lifecycle; and VModel for requirementsbased development in the automotive industry. In lieu of a Bachelors degree plus 10 years of experience, we will accept a Masters degree in Geographic Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related field, plus 8 years of systems engineering or electronics engineering experience in the automotive industry, and demonstrated experience.
