Any suitable combination of education, experience or training is acceptable. Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems followed by 10 years of experience in the job offered or 10 years of progressive experience in the related occupations of Programmer Analyst, Associate Projects, Software Engineer or equivalent utilizing C#.NET, ASP.Net, ADO.NET, MVC, JQUERY, JavaScript and other modern web application development libraries such as, Angular JS, BOOTSTRAP, JQUERY, HTML 5. Experience therein to include 6 years of experience in managing and leading a software development team, as well as 6 years of experience in conducting Architecture Design, API Architecture, and Single Page Architecture; developing Restful API Services using .Net Core; performing Azure Development Azure Functions, Kubernetes, Docker, Event Hub and Azure APIs; utilizing Micro Services, Entity Framework, Performance Improvement, and Server Side Rendering; executing Scrum Planning using Agile Methodologies; performing SQL Server Database design and development; conducting Error Logging Mechanism using Kibana and New Relic; performing Prototype development as well as Proof of Concept for new functionalities; utilizing Source Control such as GIT, GIT Bash, TFS and TFS Web; creating and handling User Stories using JIRA; reviewing specification, analysis and design of the software; utilizing TDD, BDD, SDD, Dependency Injection, Unity Framework, Fiddler, Nuget, and Resharper; performing Configuration Management in automated build and deployment process; and utilizing IIS Server, Web Service and Web Application.
