Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or a related field to sustainability 10 years of experience defining and applying sustainability principles in consumer, packaging, or similar highvolume nondurable manufactured items. Prior experience must include Demonstrated examples of defining and executing sustainability strategies that align with company strategies and meet commercial goals; Defining and leading initiatives in renewable energy and energy efficiency, corporate social responsibility reporting, environmental management, product life cycle assessment, and design for sustainability initiatives; Demonstrated examples of identifying sustainability trends and the risks and opportunities those trends represent to the company; Advanced Excel application experience with Pivot Tables, Scenario Manager, Statistical Analyses, and Solver functions; Developing external stakeholder communications pursuant to sustainability reporting frameworks such as Global Reporting Initiative GRI, CDP formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board SASB; Gathering relevant inputs and utilizing Life Cycle Analysis LCA tools to prepare and present comparative analyses of multiple product options; and Working crossfunctionally and across multiple geographies and cultures. 20 international and national travel required.
