A Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related discipline, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related role.br br Experience must includebr 1. Experience working in a fastpaced industrial, logistics, distribution, fulfillment or productionmanufacturing environment.br 2. Experience using design engineering and drafting tools, such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Visio, or Solidworks.br 3. Experience leading crossfunctional operations, engineering, or supply chain projects using Lean Management, Six Sigma, or related processes to increase efficiency withinbr manufacturing or supply chain processes.br 4. Experience using Excel, including use of lookups and pivot tablesbr 5. Experience reporting and presenting engineering analysis and recommendations to senior management on process improvements.
