Experience with ATE testing program development on ASIC, flash memory, semiconductor device or memory product experience; Knowledge of digital electronics and circuits; Knowledge of various bench systems such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and meters; Experience or knowledge in integrating hardware, firmware components and software scripts to deliver a final test program with a tight project schedule; Experience with basic scripting languages such as Python, Perl, C, C; Experience performing data parsing; Experience working in a LinuxUnix environment with test program development; Experience performing data analysis; Experience or knowledge of failure analysis procedure; Experience writing necessary scripts to debug FA on bench; and Knowledge of device physics and memory product design.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
