Four 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation utilizing statistical methods, techniques, formulas, and tests to build call volume forecasting solutions; writing algorithms to enable data processing and diagnosis; utilizing statistics, multivariable calculus, and linear algebra techniques, including time series forecasting models such as ARIMA, ARIMAX, Prophet; and performing data preprocessing and ad hoc analysis, tracking metric performance on dashboards, and building machine learning models using cloudbased Tableau and Python environment. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in one of the above listed fields, and two 2 years of experience in the above listed skills. Telecommuting andor working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
