Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Applied Computer Science or Computer Engineering, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in a related occupation working with web markup including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, scripting, jQuery, Nodejs, microservice, V of MVC, and React; utilizing serverside rendering using NextJs; and working with JavaScript preprocessing and packaging frameworks including babel and webpack.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.br br 20 CFR 656.17k states that If there has been a layoff by the employer applicant in the area of intended employment within 6 months of filing an application involving the occupation for which certification is sought or in a related occupation, the employer must document it has notified and considered all potentially qualified employer applicant U.S. workers of the job opportunity. Per DOL regulations, only potentially qualified U.S. workers must be notified and considered for the job opportunity. We respectfully note that ATT laid off 5 workers in the 6 month period prior to filing the PERM application. On 04282023, Certified Letters with Return Receipt Requested were sent to the last known address, as per company records, of 5 potentially qualified laidoff workers. The letters provided a full description of the specific job opportunity and invited each laidoff worker to apply for the position. As a result of this effort, 2 of the laidoff workers applied for the job opportunity and each applicant was considered and evaluated according to the specific requirements of the position. The ATT manager carefully reviewed all interested laidoff U.S. workers qualifications and determined that they did not meet the minimum requirements of the position and would not be able to perform the job duties given a reasonable period of training. Thus, as ATT notified all potentially qualified laidoff employees of the job opportunity and concluded there were no qualified applicants after careful consideration, the notice and consideration requirements were met in accordance with DOLs rules.
