Demonstrated ability preparing business process reengineering documents; Demonstrated ability in execution of reoccurring operational tasks in support of encounter data file generation; Demonstrated ability in managing daytoday production file monitoring including troubleshooting and error investigation and resolution; Demonstrated ability with validation of 837 encounter files using industrystandard HIPAA compliance rules via Optum Transaction Validation Manager OTVM and custom, inhouse checks and edits; Demonstrated ability with interpretation of 999, 277, 835 and custom response files from statesclients based on encounter file submissions; Demonstrated ability analyzing encounterclaim rejections based on state and client error reason codes; Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis of underlying rejection driver in upstream systems and processes; Demonstrated ability in implementation of corrective actions to remediate issues and minimize or eliminate future occurrences; Demonstrated ability with SQLbased data analysis and report development to identify trends in encounter rejections and correlations in claim, member and provider data; Demonstrated ability providing adhoc datareports to client or internal departments and responding to client inquiries; and Demonstrated ability coordinating with external client and internal operational departments on new client implementations and changes for existing clients.
