Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 years of experience performing network monitoring and software delivery utilizing Splunk, APP Dynamics, CPMIT SolarWinds, Jenkins, Artifactory, or Bitbucket; and telecommunications experience, with 2 years of that experience working in mobile delivery environments. 5 years of experience in delivery management utilizing Clarity, ALM, or JIRA; in complex IT program management for Fortune 250 companies; and performing Profit Loss allocation of financial and human capital. 4 years of experience in mobile application delivery utilizing Oracle version 12 or higher or MySQL, including 1 year of experience in Pentaho.
