Degree of Doctor of Osteopathic DO, Doctor of Medicine MD, or ECFMG equivalent. Successful completion of USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3. Complete no less than a fouryear medical residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Board certification in relevant specialty OBGYN. Current license to practice in Iowa as a physician. Certified in BLS, ACLS. Current DEA number and prescriptive authority. Current State of Iowa controlled substance CSA and NCI.
