Experience must have included Compiling, reviewing, and interpreting economic and financial data to conduct biotechnology industry and company specific valuation analyses; Use of economic valuation models including comparative companies analysis, enterprise valuation model analysis, discounted cash flow and sum of the parts valuation model analysis to generate interest in the company and its product candidates and technology; Performing economic, financial and statistical research as well as analyzing a companys product candidates and technology for the purpose of preparing financial writing materials and annual reports; Applying economic principles to complex business issues concerning pharmaceuticals and biotechnology industries and communicating results under tight deadlines; Developing economic based valuation modeling and financial forecasting for companys product candidates and technologies; Analyzing general market economic information and interpreting such data for drafting economic and financial projections, corporate materials and reports for public dissemination; Accumulating and evaluating the economic information of the comparative companies in the biotechnology industry to produce economic and financial data; Producing economic and financial forecasting models for companies to be included in the companys corporate materials; Supporting C level executive by providing factgathering and providing analytical support as it pertains to financials and corporate events and produce valuation models to assist buyside and sellside analysts in their analyses of the company and its product candidates.
