Develop custom adoption programs for global user base to drive CRM Customer Relationship Management system utilization, extract insights, and deliver specialized tools e.g., tiering tool, KOL engagement planning tool, Medical interactions dashboards supporting customerfacing activities 2 yrs. Define, implement and revise CRM metrics and Key Performance Indicators KPIs to address global needs around scientific insights detection relevant to companys strategic therapeutic areas e.g., Lysosomal Storage Disorders, Hereditary Angioedema, Oncology, Rare Immunology, Neurosciences, and Rare Hematology 2 yrs. Deploy a global online portal centralizing scientific and technical resources for FMT, including training, best practices, and support 2 yrs.
