Experience to include Thermodynamic modeling of power generation systems and components; Fuel cell technology and product development; System level Process Flow Diagrams PFD and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams PID; Analytical tools including Fluent, Matlab, Creo and Excel; Principles of Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer and the Principles of Thermodynamics and Energy Conversion Systems; Development of control strategies for fuel cell systems; Identify systemic root causes and recommend design changes; Product Requirements analysis, negotiation, and tracking; Systems Definition and Performance targets; Product Failure Mode Avoidance techniques including FMEA, DFMEA and hazard analysis to improve the reliability of products; Development of Test plans to validate system design
