Composites Fabrication and Material compatibility, 3 Thermodynamics Mathematics models for heat transfer and Solid works models for heat transfer, 4 Test equipment and fixturing Design, build devices to verify a medical device o subcomponent needs, requirements, specs, performance, 5 Problem Solving Application of multiple tools such as Design of Experiments, Capability Analysis, DMAIC methodology to solve complex problems within the company and related to the products being supported, 6 Mechanics and computational analysis Structural Analysis, FEA working knowledge, forces sources e.g., tension, bending, torsion, static, fatigue, corrosion fatigue, etc., stress concentrations, friction and tribology, Molecular Dynamic simulations, CFD Computational Fluid Dynamics, and 7 Tolerance analysis geometric tolerancing, tolerance stackup analysis.
