In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in Program Management, Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship or work experience to include Data analysis inspecting and cleansing data for decisionmaking process; Time Metrics tools including Cycle Time, TAKT Time and Lead Time; Six Sigma tools including 5S, Pareto, PFMEA and PokaYoke; Business Tracking Systems e.g., materials, process flows, or quality reports; and Continuous Improvement practices e.g., 5S, cycle time reduction, key performance indicators, pareto charts or simulation. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
