In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is three 3 years of experience in business analytics, sales operation, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related and one 1 year of experience in business analytics, sales operation, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and three 3 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Experience leading global teams to streamline project objectives; Six Sigma methodology certification not required, kaizen, or lean manufacturing; Experience with executive reporting; Project management; MS Excel modeling; MS PowerPoint; and MS Power BI or SQL.
