This position requires a Masters degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related Architecture field of study and one year of experience in an occupation in an engineering related field designing and managing building projects while using Autodesk software.br br Must also havebr I Background in construction documentation for interior design projects and project design detailing and documentation for interiors and millwork; II Advanced skills in Revit 3D, Enscape, Indesign and Photoshop computer model building for rendering and for construction documents; III Demonstrated high level proficiency in a. Revit modelling of Parametric shapes and geometries; b. Using rendering software to render light and materials; c. Using Adobe Indesign software to create digital presentation boards; d. Using Adobe Photoshop software to manipulate image files; and e. Using CAD software to create a line drawing; IV Technical coursework in mechanical engineering; V Track record planning, organizing, and managing the production of clear and concise construction documents within a fastpaced environment; VI Demonstrated strong time management focus with the capacity to be proactive and flexible to change course if circumstances require it; VII Knowledge of millwork construction detailing and finish scheduling; VIII Strong knowledge of Building Codes relating to interior design projects; and IX Excellent communication, social and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.br br NOTE Regarding Worksite Address H.12.
