Requires a J.D. or Master of Law, or foreign equivalent. Requires at least 4 years of prior experience serving as an attorney with a law firm, focusing on largescale real estate projects. Experience must include the following Negotiation of real estate agreements, including acquisitions, divestitures, financing, joint ventures, or leasing; Drafting legal memoranda; Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements; Serving as legal counsel to real estate buyers and seller clients in Federal and state courts.
