Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the followingbr Utilizing value propositions, stakeholder interviews, product roadmaps, and customer journey maps to create digital and service UXUI design and design processes, including ethnographic research, synthesis, insight generation, ideation, design, prototyping and testing;br Designing and delivering modern solutions to improve flexibility, scalability and cost management, utilizing coding languages and anticipatory search algorithms, including conversational UI augmented, virtual and mixed reality, and motion design;br Establishing usercentered design UCD process methods, utilizing personalized use cases, identifying needs, evaluating designs and ensuring system needs are met;br Performing requirements gathering, defining project scope, elaborating business logic, writing user stories, containing business and functional logic and design requirements, and verifying specific requirements are met;br Creating designs, from concept through prototyping, leveraging SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, GitHub, Microsoft MS Office Suite and MS Power BI, to visualize gathered data and dataflows;br Gathering, analyzing and translating client functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, utilizing Kanban boards and Scrum; andbr Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing executive level presentations and meeting reports.
