Masters degree in Business Analytics or a related quantitative field, plus at least two 2 years of experience in the job offered or any related positions.br br Qualified candidates must also have demonstrable knowledge, experience, skill, or proficiency with the followingbr br 1. Statistical programming languages such as R, Python, SQL.br 2. Using structured and unstructured data to generate business insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders, to build and communicate plans, and monitor and measure progress against goals.br 3. Ability to explain complex analytical methodologies and concepts in nontechnical language to target audiences at multiple skill levels.br 4. Statistical concepts such as probability distribution, sampling, measures of central tendency, and correlation, hypothesis testing.br 5. Statistical modeling techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time series forecasting.br br Up to 15 domestic travel required.
