Requires a Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3 years of experience. Must have some experience in each of the following skills Jira administration, configuration, and maintenance; Designing and implementing custom workflows, fields, permission schemes, Listeners, and post functions; Building business specific JQL filters, custom dashboards, and reports to enhance tracking and visibility; Using Confluence and Atlassian tools for different macro and page restrictions, as well as building custom templates and blue prints; Building a Jira Service Desk from scratch and using automation in Jira and Jira Service Desk; Implementing Asset Management in Jira; Server implementation in AWS; Java Scripting; Power Scripts addon in Jira; Road mapping and Gantt charts using BigPicture addon in Jira; Writing custom JQL filters; Permissions management and Bitbucket; Using REST API with Jira; and Modifying UI using scripting in Jira application.
