MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Law, Statistics, Tax or a related field, plus 2 years of postbachelors progressive experience; OR Masters degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Law, Statistics, Tax or a related field, plus 1 year of related experience.br br Must have 1 year of experience in 2 of the followingbr Section 704 b and c capital account maintenance;br US withholding on FDAP;br ECI or FIRPTA income;br REIT income; andorbr Asset testing.br br Must have 1 year of experience with Go System, ProSystem fx, andor One Source; RIA Checkpoint tax research or CCH; and, Microsoft office suite.br br Must have 1 year of real estate passthrough experience in a professional services firm, or midsizeregional to large sizednational public accounting firmbr br Travel required 20 to meet client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
