In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a combination thereof. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering or related and three 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above. Pre or post Masters degree experience is acceptable. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Experience supporting manufacturing validation process in relation to new products; Problem solving methodologies e.g., Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC, or Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA; Manufacturing Operating Systems MOS; ERP Systems e.g., SAP, Oracle, or related; Reading and interpreting basic mechanical drawings or CAD models; and Program Management. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
