In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in controls engineering.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include Programmable logic controller PLC including Allen Bradley Rslogix, Siemens Step 7, or TIA Portal; HumanMachine Interface HMI; Robotic programming for FANUC, KUKA, Motoman, or Kawasaki; Project Management; and Data communication protocols including Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profinet, or Modbus Plus.
