In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is three 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related and one 1 year of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and three 3 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE; Bill of Materials BOMs; Process validation and assembly methods; Data query using MySQL or similar tool; Data analysis using Minitab or similar tool; Capacity and Cycle Time analysis; Experience identifying critical process parameters and applying statistical process control; Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; Experience reading and interpreting basic mechanical and electrical drawings; and Problem solving methodology e.g., Design of Experiments DoE, Five Why 5W, Eight Disciplines 8D, or related. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
