Bachelors or equivalent degree in Mechanical or related engineering field and 7 years of relevant work experience or a Masters or equivalent degree in Mechanical or related engineering field and 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience must includebr br Mechanical knowledge of engineering materials used in small appliances or power toolsbr Manufacturing processes associated with engineering materials used in small appliances or power tools, such as injection molding, stamping, casting, and machining.br Designing, testing, and manufacturing processes, including grinding, stamping, heat treatment, functional coatings, and machining.br Providing a basic overview of upcoming workload and identifying potential resource bottlenecksbr Cost drivers associated with materials, labor, and overhead.br CADbr br Partial weekly work from home is allowed on a regular basis. Ability to travel up to 15 domestically and internationally.
