Requires a Masters OR Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.br br Position requires related post bachelors progressive experience in construction management 3 years with Masters OR 5 years with Bachelors, which must include some experience in each of the following skills Blue Beam; Procore, P3 or related Project Management software; AZ School Facilities Board processes and programs Building Renewal Grants, Adjacent Ways Validation, PayAppinator, and eCivis; Construction drawings including civil, mechanical, plumbing, and structural drawings; Process from design to construction including contracts, bidding, procurement, RFI, RFQ, Submittal processes, closeouts, and warranties; and K12 Schools renovation projects on active campuses.
