Utilizing machine learning algorithms to analyze historic and current performance across multiple functions to develop Key Performance Indicators KPIs, comprehensive scorecards and key performance metrics;br 2. Conducting statistical analysis to determine quarterly performance targets and areas of improvement;br 3. Utilizing MS Excel to create process mapping and flow charts to improve product delivery and execution;br 4. Defining test scripts for User Acceptance Testing;br 5. Object oriented programming languages, such as JAVA, C or Python; andbr 6. Project management.
