Position requires a Masters degree, or equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related and two 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Database Analyst, Marketing Intelligence Intern, or related. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree and four 4 years of experience. Must have one 1 year of experience in each of the following skills Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, System Administration, Solution Architecture, Business Intelligence, or User ExperienceDesign; Leading projects and crossfunctional teams in the endtoend development of technical solutions; Troubleshooting and finding solutions to complex problems; Software Development Methodologies, tools and best practices, including agile, release management, and source code version control; Extracting, transforming, and loading large volumes of data; Maintaining high levels of data quality through data governance best practices; CRM System Administration or Marketing Automation Platform MAP; and Creating, analyzing, and validating, detailed functional specifications, and driving process improvement and solution development.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.br br Remote work permitted.
