Experience must have been gained within the horseracing industry specifically and included Importing international signal andor simulcast races and play them at racetracks and drafting wagering menu for international signals; Performing the application of radiotelephony and radiotelegraphy as it relates to international signal; Ensuring compliance of Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunications Union; Representing track in international market expansion negotiations; Experience with International business standards specifically with communication, best practices and cultural business practice differences; Ensure implementation of international racing regulations and best practices that meet the global standard; and Representing racetrack with external agencies, lobby groups, government and regulatory bodies so as to support, promote and improve the reputation and public perception of the racetrack.
