A single degree or any combination of degrees determined to be equiv. to a U.S. Bachelors by a qualified evaluation service will be accepted.br Special Requirementsbr 5 years of experience in programming in clientserver or web development environments.br 5 years of experience in open systems object design methodologies, architecture methodologies, security practices and integration techniques.br 5 years of experience in relational database technology, structured analysis concepts, and software design patterns.br 3 years of experience in project management.br 3 years of experience in Business analysis.br 5years of experience in integrating Commercial off the Shelf COTS solutions within an environment with strong change and release management processes and procedures.br 3 years of experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL database development.br 5 years of experience in Oracle business intelligence reporting.br Will accept any suitable combination of education, training and experience for the position.
