Employer requires a Masters degree in Photonics, Physics, Optical Engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in product testing.br br Of the required experience, must havebr br 3 years of experience in Wavelength Selective Switching WSS process development;br 3 years of experience in free space optical alignment and fiber coupling;br 3 years of experience in testing Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing DWDM components;br 3 years of experience working with each of the following optical test equipment SWS, OSA, TLS, ASE, Polarization controllers;br 3 years of experience working with SPC tools such as Minitab andor running statistical analysis with MS Excel;br 3 years of experience in production line transfers to contract manufacturers oversees factory;br 3 years of experience in Design for Manufacturability DFM; andbr 3 years of experience in Design for Test DFT.br br Up to 10 international travel required.
