Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Christian Ministry, Theology, Religious Studies, or a closely related field and one 1 year of experience in any occupation serving in a ministry leadership role, including preaching and teaching duties, to a church with at least 50 regular attendees. In addition, the employer requires the followingbr br 1. Demonstrated ability in conducting ministry in a multigenerational setting gained through at least one 1 year of work experience;br 2. Demonstrated ability in conducting ministry in a crosscultural setting gained through at least one 1 year of work experience in a church with speakers of different languages, including Mandarin Chinese;br 3. Demonstrated ability in conducting ministry meetings using technology, including conducting video conference meetings and employing visual aids in preaching gained through at least one 1 year of work experience;br 4. Demonstrated ability in working with church members whose primary language is Mandarin Chinese gained through at least one 1 year of work experience; andbr 5. Demonstrated ability in carrying out church administrative duties, including developing and managing a budget for ministry, gained through at least one 1 year of work experience.br br All years of experience may be gained concurrently.br br Candidate must be proficient in Mandarin Chinese. The beneficiary is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese.
