Experience must include two 2 years of experience managing multiple teams.br br Must also have any experience with or knowledge of i designing, developing, and implementing developmental soccer camps, clinics, training modules, and related programs; ii designing interview policies and procedures for staff recruitment as well as developing training systems for existing staff; iii managing soccer clubs and writing training curriculaframeworks for those clubs; iv managing developmental needs of teamsplayers in different phases of their journey Youth Development Phase 1215, Pro Development Phase 1619 with a particular emphasis on adult soccer; v organizing and advising on game day procedures travel, nutrition, pregame preparation and postgame recovery, team selection; vi managing staff members in both an individual team and a phase environment as well as delegating team assignments, training duties, planning and preparation responsibilities; vii designing and implementing inhouse coach education aligned with the club philosophy; viii working with staff members to create individual development plans for all players within the club; ix providing feedback and personal development programs PDPs through video analysis for players and teams from U13 and above, which includes face to face meetings with parents and players as well as written evaluations and video analysis; and x managing coaches education and development with the phase. Experience can be concurrent.br br Must also have UEAFA B license or USSF A license as well as First Aid and Safeguarding Children clearances.br br Must be able and willing to travel domestically to various unanticipated tournament locations at least four times per year.br br Note Since there is no experience required in H.6, the Kellogg language is not required.
