Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Development Engineer, or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills developing or supporting Oracle based tools and applications; working with databases such as SQL, PLSQL, Excel, or SQL Reporting Services; scripting languages; experience with a large scale relational database environment.
