Background in education, training, or experience must include experience managing or supervising within a labor union environment; knowledge of proper regulations for Personal Protective Equipment PPE including hard hat, safety shoes, safety goggles, longsleeves, and hearing protection; strong awareness of digital technology and ability to implement new applications and systems effectively; advanced knowledge of SAP and Google applications; demonstrated effective leadership skills; ability to climb stairs and ladders to gain access to all areas of the plant. Less than 25 travel required to perform manufacturing evaluations, attend training and trade shows, and conduct Supplier and Vendor audits.
