Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.br br Of the experience required, must have 2 years of experience with the following AutoCAD Civil 3D; Design software including FlowMaster, CulvertMaster, StormCAD, and WaterCAD; Microsoft Office software including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; and utilizing HECRAS and HECHMS.br br Must have an active Professional Engineer license from State of Texas.
