Experience required with the following 1 experience with the development and implementation of Advanced Process Control applications, specifically using Rockwell Pavilion APC Software, and including integration with external applications including APC products; 2 experience in controller design, model identification and APCDCS Interface programming; 3 experience with the support and configuration of regulatory control algorithms for Honeywells DCS Experion and TDC3000; 4 experience with the design and implement of basic and advanced regulatory control strategies to optimize the process including Feedforward, Constraint Control, Optimization, and Cross limiting; 5 experience with programming in a real time environment including experience with automation and statebased control using functional logic blocks, Honeywell control languages AMCL; 6 experience with the application of process control theory fundamentals and process engineering including the model and control petrochemical processes including Distillation columns, Reactor Ethane cracker, boilers, and fired heater; 7 experience with the configuration and management of Honeywells Control Performance Monitoring software CPM to analyze the performance of multiple APC controllers and hundreds of existing PID loops; 8 experience tuning PID controllers through process modelling; 9 experience with HumanMachine Interface HMI programming and configuration for Process Automation Systems; and 10 experience with Alarm Database Management including Alarm Rationalization and Smart Alarming.br br From H.10B Process control engineering experience for petrochemical plants working with Rockwell Pavilion Advanced Process Control APC software and Honeywell Distributed Control Systems DCS.br br Note Because there is no primary experience requirement in the job offered, the Kellogg language is not required.
