Must have Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in SaaS technical support.br br Of the required experience, must have at least 2 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Gathering and analyzing business requirements, and creating functional specifications.br Working with internet connectivity protocols, including SFTP Secure File Transfer Protocol, FTPs File Transfer Protocol Server, HTTPs Hypertext Transfer Protocol, or SMTP Simple Mail Transfer Protocol.br Utilizing encryption, security, and cipher suites, including TLS Transport Layer Security, SSL Secure Sockets Layer, PGP Pretty Good Privacy, or Public Key encryption.br Writing scriptingprogramming languages, including Shell, XSL, Bash, or JavaScript.br Working with Oracle or other relational databases.br br 100 telecommuting permitted.
