Eight 8 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation integrating business management methods including sales and operations planning, implementing asset strategies to meet market demands covering short to long term, and evaluating plant cost structures to ensure competitive cost of goods produced; managing complex organizations including endtoend operations from material receiving through plant processing and packaging, and interfacing and managing maintenance activities and work processes; utilizing AspenMATLABJMPExcel tools to analyze process data and assist in process optimization; maintaining and repairing work processes and methods for large production facilities; working with auditing, safety manufacturing practices, and PDCA continuous improvement methods; and working with process safety standards and implementation for high hazard processes, management of change, and incident investigation processes.
