Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience.br br In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.br br Must have at least one year of experience with each of the followingbr br Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures including predeal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, andor postclose transformation;br Consulting multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations; andbr Developing a perspective on key global trends, including globalization, and how they impact the firm and clients.br br 80 telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.br br Travel up to 80 is required.
