Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus eighteen months of cyber risk and regulatory compliance experience, including cloud platform. Experience must include eighteen months of developing business cases and executive summaries for enhancement opportunities in Cloud Security, Identity, Zero Trust, Data Protection, Threat Monitoring, DevSecOps, Demand Forecasting, and overall Cyber Strategy for Fortune 500 healthcare companies; supporting enrollment and onboarding of Zscaler Zero Trust solution; configuring Okta as the Identity and Access Management platform and managing user onoffboarding and privilege management; implementing segregation of duties specifically for client industries to enforce strong access controls, including Operator Access, Data Security and Vulnerability Management; developing information security risk management strategy and process transformation and performing technology enablement for risk management strategy and governance; designing and implementing centralized identity and access management processes, including user access, provisioning and deprovisioning to target systems, user reconciliation, and on target systems; designing and testing controls in accordance with federal and industrystandard information security frameworks, including NIST; drafting policies and procedures based on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and international standards for improving and consolidating information systems; forecasting, tracking, and coordinating project tasks to implement data protection compliance and remediation measures and collaborating with various business departments, including IT, Legal, Risk, and Finance, to coordinate efforts and accomplish organizational goals; and analyzing international and U.S. privacy legislation, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, and applying regulatory requirements within operational context.
